Thanks for helping to make my son's tenth birthday party a great success last week-end. Having a guide to lead a 2-hour ride through the forest trails meant that I could relax and the feedback from the boys has been that it was simply the best party they have ever attended! I suspect there will be at least two future bookings with you as a result! I appreciated that everything was ready when we arrived, the equipment was excellent and there was a nice balance between fun, challenge and safety - you judged the ability of the group very well and tailored the ride accordingly. The evening ride added a welcome twist to what already is a great
activity in a very picturesque setting. The guides set a pace which
suited all levels and catered for any of the more adventurous

For the last 3 years we have regularly taken large numbers of students at a time to either hack around on a mountain bike on the super fun and fast mountain bike trail or take a leisurely cycle around the less demanding routes with their friends. If we have time then students build a camp in the woods and round off the day top with a tasty forest BBQ. Quench Cycles have always been flexible and professional when fitting bikes and giving safety talks and over the last 2 years have acted as guides for groups on the single track course. From getting students off the coach to actually on their bikes is a very quick and seamless operation, for any teachers that are thinking of adding this to their activities week or rewards programme then this is a day out that will be remembered by all as fun and organised!

On returning to school, the teaching staff in the groups that you and Oliver led expressed the view that they had received first-class service. I was very impressed with the manner and professionalism shown by you and your staff in the build up to the visit and during the visit itself. In particular, the message on safety and responsible riding was clearly spelt out to students. They and the teachers, all enjoyed the day and I would certainly be looking to use Quench Cycles again in the future.
