bedgebury cycle club

Bedgebury Forest Cycle Club (BFCC) is a new and exciting cycle club looking to make best use of the forest and facilities available at Bedgebury.

With many kilometres of traffic-free, dedicated trails this is an ideal opportunity to discover the world of cycling, learn new skills, make new friends and above all enjoy yourself. The club is supported by and works very closely with the forestry commission and is looking to develop the site into one of the best off-road sites in the South East.

Although still young, the club is beginning to develop rapidly and as a member you can expect regular social rides, night rides, other events as well as other benefits. Events will be posted on the notice board in the visitor centre as well as on the events page of the club website.

The focus of the club is on mountain biking but there are other aspects of the club being developed in partnership with the Forestry Commission and British Cycling. Amongst these is trail development, new dirt jump areas, working parties, a race and other programmes.

There are three types of membership – Family (2 adults and unlimited children), single adult and under 17. There is also the option of purchasing an annual car park pass with the money from this being used directly to maintain and improve the cycling facilities at Bedgebury.

Apart from the organised cycling events the club meets on the first Wednesday of the month at the visitor centre.

* Annual Car Parking Pass

* Free bike wash and showers

* Discounted rates at QUENCH CYCLES @ BEDGEBURY
