Children's clubs and courses
This year we have children's courses on at both sites in the South of England. Please find details of the

ADULT COURSES AND
NIGHT RIDES
REAL SPIN - Women's Cycling
Fitness sessions
Join us every Monday, Tuesday & Thursday from
10am for an hour with our qualified coach at Bedgebury. Every Monday and Friday at Alice Holt. Have a trial session for
just £7, then if you love it, and you will, book a block of 10
sessions for £60. No previous experience is necessary. Bike hire
and a helmet is included in the price. Buggies and tag-alongs are
available so you can bring children too. Just call us on 01580

GROUP NIGHT RIDES
If you want the adventure of riding at night but you're afraid of
being out in the dark on your own, join one of our led night rides. Every other week at Bedgebury Forest from 6th October 2011 (7pm). Just £7.50 per person using your own bike, Light hire is also available. You will need some MTB experience. We provide the lights.

MAINTENANCE COURSES
Our maintenance courses cover all essential parts of
the bike needed by the home mechanic. Learn from a fully qualified
mechanic one to one or bring along friends to join in on the course.
Perfect for someone who's looking to start from the basics or
build up their current knowledge.

TUITION COURSES
Our Skills Tuition courses have been enjoyed by a wide range of people from
complete beginners to experienced riders looking for those extra
tips to advance their skills.
WILDERNESS FIRST AID COURSE (valid
for SMBLA and HSE)
Wilderness First Aid is a specific discipline in
First Aid. Wilderness First Aid presents the rescuer with the
unique situation of prolonged care of a patient in a remote area,
before definitive medical care can be provided.
